2. Access & Onboarding

3. Program Validity

• Each program is valid for the duration mentioned at the time of enrollment.
• Access to questions, videos, and mentorship will be revoked after the program ends.

4. Evaluation & Mentorship

• For programs with personal feedback, answer submission deadlines and evaluation slots will be communicated clearly.
• Feedback turnaround time is usually 24–48 hours, but may vary based on volume.

5. Community & Conduct

• Telegram or platform group access is part of the program. Misuse, spam, or inappropriate conduct will lead to removal without refund.
• We maintain a respectful, exam-focused community.

6. Content Usage

• All course materials, video sessions, PDFs, and mentor resources are copyrighted by ReadyIAS.
• Reproduction, redistribution, or public sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
